Joleen is a Recruitment Consultant in the Accounting and Finance Division at Executrade. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Calgary, and has since worked three and half years for the Tax Group at Deloitte & Touche. Joleen sets her own pace, never straying from the next challenge. Her new project of interest is learning about the stock market. She is also revisiting the French language, which she says has slipped since French Immersion grade school. Her career plans involve helping to make Executrade an industry leader in Calgary. She loves to bake, read, and dance, and has recently taken up “boot camp” at the gym. When she daydreams, she imagines South America to be her next travel destination.

Sapna Sharma has joined Executrade as Recruitment Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business, with a concentration in Marketing. She was born and raised in Calgary and recently returned from living in the UK for a year and half, where she worked as a Senior Key Account Handler for Danone Waters. Prior to living in London, Sapna worked at Vantis as a Travel and Purchasing Coordinator, streamlining purchasing and travel activities for employees. She believes that applicants and clients of Executrade get the best service in the industry, and she looks forward to making a contribution to the growth and success at the Calgary office.

Her travel log is long: Morocco, Italy, Belgium, Spain, France, and Amsterdam, and Egypt have all been a part of her worldly adventures. She has also flown south to visit Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. When she is in her own city, she loves to go to the theatre or to the cinema with friends and family.

As Business Development Manager, John brings to the company over a decade of knowledge and expertise as a top-producing salesperson in the competitive Edmonton radio advertising market. He learned at an early age the importance of being a great team player through his "dear old dad" and the rest of the Edmonton Eskimos during their unprecedented dynasty years. Each client has the potential to have their own championship team, and with John's knowledge and expertise, that championship team can be built. His clients appreciate his ability to go the extra mile when it comes to top-notch service.

John enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, daughter Mikala and son Justus, swinging a golf club, and keeping fit. His love for travel has taken him to exotic locales like Cuba and Barbados, but the warm tradewinds of the South Pacific will always bring him back to Maui.

Mark's natural affinity for developing solid relationships and making smart decision has served him well in his business career. After pursuing a certificate degree from Mount Royal College in Marketing Management, he ventured into real estate investment where he spent some time buying and selling homes and closing commercial deals. As one of the Business Development team's Calgary representatives, Mark looks forward to helping Executrade establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential businesses throughout southern Alberta.

Born and raised in Airdrie, Alberta, Mark has traveled throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico and hopes to visit Europe in the near future. His interests include fishing, hockey, squash and snowboarding.

A Regina, Saskatchewan native, Calvin holds a Business Administration Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan and a national Professional Managers designation. He has spent 22 years focusing on sales, sales management, and business development for all of Western Canada, and is a current member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. Besides being a regional business/sales manager for 20 years, Calvin has also worked in business development for government and corporate affairs and sales recruitment. As Executrade’s Recruitment Consultant in the Sales Division, Calvin strives to provide clients with the vehicle and opportunity to hire the best possible candidates for their business.

Calvin is an active member of his community; he is president of the Coral Cove Condominium Association and a volunteer with Alberta Cerebral Palsy Association. He enjoys golf, woodworking, travelling, and spending time with his wife of 35 years and their four children.

With the winds of opportunity and her Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University moving her forward, Heather left her home in Halifax to pursue new adventures. She completed a HR Management Certificate at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. After college, Heather worked as a HR associate with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Fort Erie before heading back home to join an executive recruitment team as a researcher. She quickly moved into a recruitment role where she had to wrap her head around accounting and finance. From there she journeyed to Alberta to become a recruitment consultant. As a dedicated member of Executrade's team, she is now taking Calgary by storm, helping the company gain further recognition as a leading recruitment firm while it expands throughout Canada.

Heather has lived and worked in Dublin and been on a six-month backpacking trip to the Italian and French Riviera. When she is not working or traveling, she enjoys fitness training, sailing, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
