As CEO, Rich spearheads the company's long-term strategic planning with the same passion he held when the company was first formed, and continues to challenge those around him to build long-term, trust based relationships.
Striving to find new ways to lead the company into the future, this dynamic CEO plans to help the company grow beyond its impressive list of achievements in the industry for many years to come.
Executrade was a Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award Finalist and won the Torch Award for Business Ethics (Better Business Bureau, Central and Northern Alberta). Rich was personally recognized, receiving the National Leadership Award from ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services)and President's Award from the local chapter of ACSESS. He holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, a nationally recognized level of achievement within the field of human resources, as well as his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation.

Scott joined the Executrade team in 1998 in the Accounting Division as a Recruitment Consultant, where he gained valuable insight into the industry. His energy, passion and drive to create innovative business solutions for his clients, while providing candidates with a platform in which to reach their career goals, placed him in the category of top-producing recruiter in permanent placements for four consecutive years. He held progressive roles within the company prior to assuming the role of Vice President in 2004, and Company President in 2006. Under his leadership, Executrade experienced tremendous internal growth, as well as notable growth in revenues and market share, building a strong presence in the Alberta market.
Scott assumed the title of President and Chief Operating Officer, after acquiring the entire practice in 2008.
He is currently an active member of the Alberta Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of ABC HeadStart. He also served as President, Edmonton Chapter, for the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS). He is a proud alumnus of Edmonton's elite "Sizzling Twenty Under 30" group. Scott holds his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation, the recruitment industry professional designation.

Daryl heads the Calgary team with twenty-five years of senior leadership experience. Given his extensive experience in the business industry in Western Canada, Executrade's clients and recruitment staff regularly look to Daryl for direction and professional motivation.
With a background in business administration, Daryl has since honed his leadership skills with nineteen years as Senior VP for Western Canada Delphi Solutions, where he oversaw four divisions and was responsible for the guidance and development of over eighty dedicated associates. Daryl has also held roles as a Director of Sales & Marketing with Medicine Hat Tigers & Seattle Thunderbirds WHL Hockey teams. Most recently, Daryl was with Sterling Leisure Products, where he developed a strategic business plan and developed a world-wide distributor channel.
Daryl is currently a member of the executive committee for the Western Hockey League Alumni Association.

As Executrade's Accounting Manager for the past 12 ½ years, and Privacy Officer since Alberta's Privacy Legislation was passed into law in 2004, Gerry oversees all payroll and accounting functions of Executrade. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary with many years' experience in income tax, management and general accounting. Gerry is also the producer of much of Executrade's written documentation, including our privacy policy, benefits manual and employment contracts.

In her dual role as both Business Development Coordinator and Executive Coordinator to the President, Marilyn is responsible for developing relationships with Executrade’s diverse clientele and helping the company continue in its successful growth through business leads. She offers extensive experience in computer data management and communications and a solid educational background that includes a Communications diploma and successful completion of numerous Microsoft courses. By sharing her skills and knowledge with her team, Marilyn is able to achieve her goal of helping the company become one of the most well-known and respected recruitment firms in Alberta.

Joe sees the big picture and hones in on the details of the business to keep Executrade's engine running smoothly. As quality assurance manager, Joe uses ISO and the company's quality management system to ensure they are always achieving corporate goals and objectives, even during transition and change. Joe's educational background is unique, mixing plastics processing, business management, and ISO 9001-2000 auditing.
Outside of work, Joe strategizes plays on the squash court; plays golf, volleyball, and watches hockey and football. Spending time with his wife, young daughter, family and friends makes the top of the list, though.

Terry brings significant experience in administration and a practical background in marketing to her role as front-office administrator. Originally from Victoria, B.C., she holds a diploma in Arts and Culture Administration and is particularly skilled in document processing and front-end administrative support. Terry takes every opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and as a member of the team, she hopes to continue providing this same level of service to Executrade's clients and candidates.
When she is not busy providing excellent customer service, Terry enjoys gardening, pet-sitting, kayaking, rowing, cycling, yoga, pilates, and creating art. She is on the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Dragon Boat Festival Association and is a volunteer with numerous local organizations, including the Breast Cancer Foundation and Alzheimer's Society.
