As CEO, Rich spearheads the company's long-term strategic planning with the same passion he held when the company was first formed, and continues to challenge those around him to build long-term, trust based relationships.
Striving to find new ways to lead the company into the future, this dynamic CEO plans to help the company grow beyond its impressive list of achievements in the industry for many years to come.
Executrade was a Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award Finalist and won the Torch Award for Business Ethics (Better Business Bureau, Central and Northern Alberta). Rich was personally recognized, receiving the National Leadership Award from ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services)and President's Award from the local chapter of ACSESS. He holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, a nationally recognized level of achievement within the field of human resources, as well as his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation.

Scott joined the Executrade team in 1998 in the Accounting Division as a Recruitment Consultant, where he gained valuable insight into the industry. His energy, passion and drive to create innovative business solutions for his clients, while providing candidates with a platform in which to reach their career goals, placed him in the category of top-producing recruiter in permanent placements for four consecutive years. He held progressive roles within the company prior to assuming the role of Vice President in 2004, and Company President in 2006. Under his leadership, Executrade experienced tremendous internal growth, as well as notable growth in revenues and market share, building a strong presence in the Alberta market.
Scott assumed the title of President and Chief Operating Officer, after acquiring the entire practice in 2008.
He is currently an active member of the Alberta Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of ABC HeadStart. He also served as President, Edmonton Chapter, for the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS). He is a proud alumnus of Edmonton's elite "Sizzling Twenty Under 30" group. Scott holds his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation, the recruitment industry professional designation. 
Daryl heads the Calgary team with twenty-five years of senior leadership experience. Given his extensive experience in the business industry in Western Canada, Executrade's clients and recruitment staff regularly look to Daryl for direction and professional motivation.
With a background in business administration, Daryl has since honed his leadership skills with nineteen years as Senior VP for Western Canada Delphi Solutions, where he oversaw four divisions and was responsible for the guidance and development of over eighty dedicated associates. Daryl has also held roles as a Director of Sales & Marketing with Medicine Hat Tigers & Seattle Thunderbirds WHL Hockey teams. Most recently, Daryl was with Sterling Leisure Products, where he developed a strategic business plan and developed a world-wide distributor channel.
Daryl is currently a member of the executive committee for the Western Hockey League Alumni Association. 
As Executrade's Accounting Manager for the past 12 ½ years, and Privacy Officer since Alberta's Privacy Legislation was passed into law in 2004, Gerry oversees all payroll and accounting functions of Executrade. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary with many years' experience in income tax, management and general accounting. Gerry is also the producer of much of Executrade's written documentation, including our privacy policy, benefits manual and employment contracts. 
Executrade's Payroll Administrator for more than 3 years, Melody is currently completing her Applied Accounting Degree at NAIT and has her future sights set on completing her CGA. Mel's combination of competence and patience ensures that the payroll needs of all Executrade employees are met graciously, accurately, and on time. 
Lauren joined the Executrade team in 2007, bringing a Management Diploma, an HR Certificate, and 4 years' experience as HR Advisor and HR Manager. She is currently working to complete her Bachelor of Management with a minor in HR. Lauren is committed to assisting and encouraging others to reach their full potential, and is instrumental in attracting and retaining the intellectual capital that facilitates the success and continued growth of Executrade. 
In her dual role as both Business Development Coordinator and Executive Coordinator to the President, Marilyn is responsible for developing relationships with Executrade’s diverse clientele and helping the company continue in its successful growth through business leads. She offers extensive experience in computer data management and communications and a solid educational background that includes a Communications diploma and successful completion of numerous Microsoft courses. By sharing her skills and knowledge with her team, Marilyn is able to achieve her goal of helping the company become one of the most well-known and respected recruitment firms in Alberta. 
Joe sees the big picture and hones in on the details of the business to keep Executrade's engine running smoothly. As quality assurance manager, Joe uses ISO and the company's quality management system to ensure they are always achieving corporate goals and objectives, even during transition and change. Joe's educational background is unique, mixing plastics processing, business management, and ISO 9001-2000 auditing.
Outside of work, Joe strategizes plays on the squash court; plays golf, volleyball, and watches hockey and football. Spending time with his wife, young daughter, family and friends makes the top of the list, though. 
Terry brings significant experience in administration and a practical background in marketing to her role as front-office administrator. Originally from Victoria, B.C., she holds a diploma in Arts and Culture Administration and is particularly skilled in document processing and front-end administrative support. Terry takes every opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and as a member of the team, she hopes to continue providing this same level of service to Executrade's clients and candidates.
When she is not busy providing excellent customer service, Terry enjoys gardening, pet-sitting, kayaking, rowing, cycling, yoga, pilates, and creating art. She is on the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Dragon Boat Festival Association and is a volunteer with numerous local organizations, including the Breast Cancer Foundation and Alzheimer's Society.

With over 21 years experience in the staffing industry, Carolyn has a gift for attracting and retaining the most talented employees to our Temporary Division, and she is a master at tackling a multitude of client needs at the same time!
A Certified Personnel Consultant with a well-rounded background in administration, management and client services, Carolyn manages Executrade's Office Services Division with enthusiasm, dedication, and inspiration. 
Ann brings multi-disciplinary experience to the Business Development team at Executrade. Her career path has incorporated benefits consultation and business development for an international firm, real estate, and financial planning. She has been Director of the Human Resources Management Association of Edmonton HRMAE for three years. She continues to be active with the association, as well as United Way, helping out with their Corporate Campaign fundraisers. Ann loves the outdoors and has a passion for golf, mountain biking, and hiking. Most of her holiday destinations involve golf courses in B.C. and the U.S., and golfing St. Andrews is on her “must do” list. She is proud to bring her enthusiasm and professionalism to the organization. 
Mark Armstrong is committed to sustaining viable long-term partnerships with his clients. He has over 9 years of business development experience supported by a Marketing Management Certificate from Mount Royal College. Together with your assigned recruitment consultants, he will liaise closely with you to define needs, place job orders, fill assignments, and follow up post-placement to ensure your overall satisfaction with our services. 
Judy brings many years of customer care experience to her role of Account Executive with Executrade Consultants. After 15 years of counseling patients as a Dietary Technologist in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan and Fort McMurray, Judy decided it was time for a career change and moved into Outside Sales. After 7 years in this role she switched tracks, followed a passion, and became the owner/operator of a café on the Sunshine Coast. After 3 years, in 1999 she ventured back to Edmonton and joined the recruitment industry.
Judy enjoys meeting people and as an Executrade Account Executive welcomes the opportunity of building strong relationships with clients. She finds that working with our professional team of recruiters to find top notch candidates for our clients is a rewarding experience for all parties.
Judy belongs to a professional networking group, Synergy Network and volunteers on their social committee. She also volunteers for CKUA Radio Network, The Edmonton Folk Music Festival and ‘The Kids In The Hall’ Resource Committee.
Sonny Kapoor, Sr. Team Lead, leads our Accounting Recruitment Consultants and recruits senior level accounting and finance professionals for our clients requiring top talent. Sonny is also responsible for recruiting top Engineering and Technical positions for our clients. Sonny brings a unique expertise to Executrade with his international and North American exposure to recruitment in a variety of businesses and industries.
Internationally schooled, Sonny earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in the United States and has brought his business focus and unique expertise in recruitment to Executrade where he has attained a reputation for consistent focus on outstanding customer service for exceptional clients with specific needs. 
Hillary Williams is our expert in the fast paced, demanding market of accounting contract and temporary placements. Her clients rate among the Top Fifty Businesses of Choice in Edmonton. Hillary has been providing her clients with highly qualified and skilled contract and temporary accounting contractors, bridging company and project needs while assisting candidates to gain experience and unique opportunities. Hillary works with a vast portfolio of clients who require a more proactive approach to filling their immediate recruitment needs.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Hillary has completed the first two years towards her Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a keen interest in accounting. Hillary has contributed immeasurably to Executrade's success. 
Crystal Kellie specializes in the superior placements of accounting bookkeepers, payroll, AP, AR, accounting clerks, and accounting personnel at the junior and intermediate levels and consistently performs above and beyond her client's expectations. Crystal provides exceptional support and mature expertise to our candidates and has a solid understanding of requirements across the board in industry.

A native of B.C., Crystal enjoys returning for vacation to the Shuswap area where she grew up, and completed her schooling attaining her Accounting and Bookkeeping Certificates. 
Joleen joined the Executrade team in 2007, bringing with her a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Calgary and a strong understanding of the Calgary marketplace. Three years' experience working with a major international public accounting firm led Joleen to focus her recruitment activities on accounting placements, both temporary and permanent. 
As a Recruitment Coordinator for the Edmonton Accounting Division, Sara will ensure the Recruiters are supplied with everything they need to identify and meet their clients and candidates recruitment needs.
Combined with past experience in administration, a Business Administration Diploma from Red Deer College, Marketing Major and a Bachelor of Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge, Marketing Major, Sara is a welcome addition to the Executrade team.

With 18 years' experience working in a Human Resource Division of the Alberta Government, Marilyn is our resident expert in government placements. However, although Marilyn's specialty is government placements, she has been directly involved in all temporary recruitment activities for over 12 years at Executrade. Marilyn earned her Personnel Administration Certificate at the University of Alberta and also has her Certified Personnel Consultant Designation. 
Laurie brings over 9 years of temporary recruitment consultant experience. She innovates processes, interviews candidates, places applicants in temporary positions, and focuses on enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike. Laurie achieves this by interacting one-on-one with both client and applicant to ensure their needs are met and that the perfect fit can be achieved. She is registered in the CPC program, and is planning on continuing her studies to complete her Human Resources Certificate. 
A Recruitment Consultant in Executrade's Administrative and Insurance Divisions, Tracy Callander facilitates the recruitment process for clients seeking administrative and insurance professionals, from receptionists to insurance clerks. In order to provide the best candidate, Tracy focuses on developing long-term relationships with the client to ensure candidates and clients alike enjoy recruitment solutions that are parallel to their needs.
Originally from Edmonton, Tracy has a diploma in Business Administration-Administrative Management and is the proud mother of two teenage girls. 
A recent addition to the Execturade team, Kim has over 10 years of experience recruiting with 5 years focused on temporary and contract recruiting in the staffing industry. Kim's diploma in Business Administration/Human Resources from Mount Royal College combined with her extensive knowledge and experience makes her an excellent addition to our Calgary Temporary Division.
Kim's attention to detail and her ability to attract top talent will ensure the right fit for both our clients and candidates! 
Li-Yin completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing and E-commerce at the University of Sydney in Australia. Her global experience and educational foundation offers the division additional business strength.
Her business acumen, international exposure and multiple languages aid in fulfilling candidates and clients requirements. 
Shannon currently works as Administrative Recruitment Coordinator for the extremely busy temporary, contract and permanent Administration Recruiters. Coming from a supervisory role and HR Administration background, Shannon’s experience is a great asset to her team members.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Guelph, Ontario and her Human Resources Management Post Graduate Certificate from Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. She is also a CHRP candidate since writing and passing the NKE in May.
Chessie Garrett brings 15+ years of experience in human resources and finance to Executrade Calgary as a Generalist Recruitment Consultant. Chessie's extensive experience and completion of various accounting and IT courses combined with her diverse background in commercial and industrial construction, manufacturing industries, private and public accounting practices and small business, gives her clients and candidates confidence in finding the right fit. Chessie also actively volunteers with the Calgary Drop-in Centre's Feeding the Hungry Program. 
As an Engineering & Technical Recruitment Consultant with Executrade, Floyd looks forward to securing the best fit for both Executrade’s clients and candidates. Prior to joining the Executrade team Floyd led the office of an Edmonton executive search firm operating exclusively in the oil & gas industry. Floyd was also Vice President for Right Management Consultants of Edmonton where he managed the development, delivery and marketing of career transition services and organizational change consulting. In addition, he also led and managed the career coaching practice for the Universities of Alberta and Calgary MBA programs.
Floyd has a Master’s Business Administration (MBA) degree and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Management (AGDM), both from Athabasca University in Alberta.
Regan has over seven years of experience in recruitment and selection, both on the executive search and industry side. As an active member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta and Human Resources Association of Calgary, Regan is a volunteer on the Editorial and Communications Committees for both associations, including carrying out a Team Lead role (HRIA). Her past experience has allowed her to fill positions throughout all disciplines, including HR, finance, engineering, administration, operations and environmental roles. Most recently her interest in Human Resources led her to obtain her Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
In her spare time, Regan sits on various committees for En Corps Dance Collective, a professional dance troupe in Calgary. 
As an experienced recruiter at Executrade, Angela is able to bring her skills from our Administrative Permanent Division and our Accounting Contract and Insurance Divisions to our Human Resources Division. Born in Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Guelph, Angela moved to Edmonton and spent many years employed as a recruiter for a private college before joining Executrade's team. Angela's always ready for a challenge and is dedicated to finding the best fit for her clients.
When Angela's not working, she loves to travel and, in past years, has studied in France and traveled throughout Europe. She is currently working towards completing her CPC. 
A Recruitment Consultant in Executrade’s Management Division, Sandy is a leader in supply chain management, general management and not for profit solutions. Sandy brings a wealth of experience to this Division showcasing a diverse background in both the private and public sector. Some of the sectors she has extensively worked in include, provincial politics, engineering, real estate, not for profit and start up companies.
In addition to her professional achievements, Sandy is nationally recognized for her outstanding athletic accomplishments and public speaking. She is a 4 time National Team Member and is most proud of running at home in Edmonton at the 2001 World Championships in Athletics. She was also ranked no. 1 in Canada in 2003 in the Women’s Marathon Event. As an active member of the community, Sandy was also a 2006 Nominee for the YWCA Women of Distinction, Athletics, Recreation and Fitness and was a “Woman of Vision” for Global Television in 1998.

A dedicated member of the Executrade team, Amber has been with the company for more than 9 years. Her areas of expertise are Senior Human Resources and Health & Safety. Amber is in the process of earning her Human Resources Certificate from the University of Alberta. Her diligence and keen attention to detail ensure that client and candidate needs are well taken care of. 
As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator for the Engineering and Technical division, Chelsie enjoys getting to know the people behind the relationships. She draws from her education (she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology at the University of Alberta) and her previous retail service experience in a genuine effort to understand her clients. In the process, she is able to help them identify and meet their recruitment needs. Getting to know the rest of the team, providing them with support and contributing to the company's ongoing progress are also priorities. 
Bev commenced IT recruiting for Executrade in 2007, following 10 years of student recruiting for an IT college and another 2 years of international student recruiting. She has proven herself to be highly accurate at predicting candidate suitability and potential fit, and she is tenacious about making great matches. 
Erin's interest in providing exemplary service to a wide variety of people stems from a real, sincere motivation to help others. This St. Albert native and University of Alberta psychology major brings over five years customer service experience to her role as Senior Recruitment Coordinator in the Legal division. During her time on campus, Erin worked as a career peer educator, helping others build successful futures while honing her career counseling, presentation, and development skills. Now, with her knowledge and skills, she is ready to foster strong client-applicant matches and provide dedicated support to the team. 
Sandy joins the Executrade Calgary team bringing 25+ years of business experience working in the Financial Services industry. She is a high energy enthusiastic professional with extensive sales and people leadership experience having worked in a broad range of roles in Toronto and Calgary including building and leading national teams.
Her ability to identify, recruit, coach, mentor and retain talent has earned her a proven track record of above average success resulting in several high achievement awards including Chairman's Club, Annual Top Sales Achiever and Annual Top National Leader. Sandy attributes her years of successfully building solid and long lasting relationships as the key to enjoying life both in business and personally.
She is a member of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Calgary high impact speaking group, Inn from the Cold, St. Vincent de Paul and Between Friends Club (Youth with Disabilities) volunteer. She is also an active member of the Calgary Women's Exchange and Professional Women's Networks. 
David joined Executrade with extensive experience in financial planning and a well-defined sales background. His professional assets have initiated strong growth in the executive sales and marketing department at Executrade. David currently works with professionals in the pumps and valves sectors.
Prior to settling in Edmonton with his family, David lived in or traveled throughout Europe, the US, and Canada. An enthusiastic competitor, he enjoys cycling through the city and along more challenging paths in outlying areas, as well as coaching hockey and soccer. He has completed triathlons and looks forward to racing again in the future--but, for now, he's kept busy enough chasing after his two energetic children. 
Kelly knows what it takes to be an excellent salesperson. She used to be one. Kelly spent over ten years in the pharmaceutical sales industry before she took on the role of Recruitment Consultant in the Sales division. She developed significant experience in sales, business development, management, health care, and the non-profit sector in her previous roles as a territory manager, regional development manager, director, and provincial business manager. Her goal now is to help Executrade build its reputation further as a top recruiter.
An Edmonton Folk Music Festival "junkie," Kelly is a native Albertan who enjoys volunteering, yoga, travelling, spending time with her family and friends, and riding her scooter. 
As a Recruitment Coordinator in the Calgary Branch, Luis brings to his role over eight years of customer service experience in the hospitality and software industries. He is able to translate these skills to identify the needs of the executrade's pool of candidates assisting the recruitment consultants in the best possible way to create a seamless process for both the candidates and our clients in every step of the way.
