The Opportunity

Our client is seeking to add a professional to their Help Desk team who wants to bring their proven talent and develop their career.  Your experience in Level I and II Help Desk Support and excellent customer service skills will win you a place with a high performance team  and great career development opportunities.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Provide Level I and II support for all Microsoft Office Applications and proprietary applications via telephone or desk side support.
  • Ensure all calls are recorded and tracked in ticketing system.
  • Provide timely resolution to all trouble calls.
  • Provide effective information and escalation of issues to the appropriate department
  • Work closely with systems and infrastructure teams regarding trends and situations
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all levels of users within the organization
  • Asset tracking of loaner hardware
  • User account management via Active Directory
  • Advanced trouble-shooting and administration of Blackberry handheld devices
  • RSA SecurID administration and management
  • After Hours Support rotation
  • Project work and other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems and Client Server Applications
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2007
  • Familiarity with Cisco Unity
  • Familiarity with BES
  • Familiarity with contact management, document management, and enterprise accounting software
  • Team oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Reliable, accountable and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range between $42,000 – $50,000 based on experience
