Calling all Accounts Receivable Clerks!

The Opportunity

Our well-known client in Acheson is looking for an individual with a great financial understanding for a 1 month opportunity.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Process and issue invoices in a timely manner.
  • Process Credit Cards.
  • Create and maintain client information in the accounting system.
  • Prepare invoice, backup or other reconciliation documents as required.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable collections.
  • Input daily cash receipts including cheques and wire transfer payments.
  • Assist with purchasing.
  • Ensure timesheets are entered and posted in the accounting system; follow up as required.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting files, records and reports.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Analyze, investigate, and correct accounting entries as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Experience working within an ERP Software (Extend or SAP).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Team minded mentality, and willingness to pitch in whenever and however you can.
