Looking for an Accounts Receivable clerk for a 2-6 week contract! Has potential to turn into a permanent role for the right candidate!

The Opportunity

Our client in South Calgary is looking for an individual to join their growing team!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Process and issue invoices in a timely manner.
  • Process Credit Cards.
  • Create and maintain client information in the accounting system.
  • Prepare invoice, backup or other reconciliation documents as required.
  • Perform accounts receivable collections.
  • Input daily cash receipts including cheques and wire transfer payments.
  • Ensure timesheets are posted in the accounting system; follow up as required.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting files, records and reports.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Analyze, investigate, and correct accounting entries as needed.
  • Perform account analysis on all general ledger accounts.
  • Perform other related work as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a full cycle Accounts Receivable role
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion to develop quality applications
  • Team minded mentality, and willingness to pitch in whenever and however you can
  • Interest in proving yourself and earning your successes

Compensation and Benefits
