French Speaking Customer Service Representative; 5 open positions!

Bilingual – French Customer Service Representatives needed! There are multiple open positions that will start as soon as possible!  

The Opportunity

Our client, an industry leader in their field, is seeking multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. These Bilingual Temporary Customer Service roles will begin immediately and the expected duration is 2 months, possibly longer. The Bilingual Temporary Customer Service Representative will work over the phone with customers and assist them with product trouble shooting, general questions and taking work orders. These available positions will require the individual to work either early mornings, or afternoon/evening shifts, applicants must be flexible to work either, for certain shifts there will be overtime required.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Provide customer support over the phone
  • Answer customer calls in queue in a timely manner
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support
  • Work order; taking and entering customer orders via phone and email
  • Responding to vendors regarding orders and delivery
  • Fully utilize internal database to track activity and document work
  • Activity Metrics Reporting
  • Become product expert
  • Coordinate product set up with vendors
  • Work with numerous departments, including escalation and shipping and receiving
  • General administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service position in an office setting
  • Bilingual French speaking
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in a Tier 1 technical support role is considered an asset
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work early mornings and afternoon/evenings
  • There will be overtime required with one of these positions, flexibility is required
  • Proven ability to follow policy and procedures
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and credit check; this is a mandatory requirement for this organization

Compensation and Benefits

  • $16 per hour
