Engineering Business Development / Client Services Manager

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Civil Engineer Business Development Representative. If your passion is building new relationships and brand strategies to create revenue generation through client development, this could be the role for you!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Work closely with corporate executives and senior managers to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Participates in branding efforts through presentations, involvement in, and serving in leadership positions in various industry organizations.
  • Generates new leads with industry professionals.
  • Negotiates contracts and close business.
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive strategic plan to determine best approach based on competitive positions, prioritized influences and key differentiators to capture market share of industry targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Civil, Environmental or Chemical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum eight (8) years experience in Engineering, Matting or Geo Synthetic material.
  • Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A salary + commission based on experience and comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
