The Opportunity

Our growing client is seeking a strong Pipeline Construction Leader for their Integrity Dig division!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Overall leadership of the Integrity Dig program
  • Ensure digs are completed safely and in accordance with safety program, client procedures, and quality manual
  • Develop Integrity Dig program execution plans and ensure our projects are executed on schedule and on budget
  • Resolve problems and recommended measures to improve productivity and quality
  • Implement personnel actions, including: hiring, recognition, and discipline programs
  • Champion ongoing training and developing of staff
  • Lead a positive safety culture within the Integrity Dig division
  • Work with the executive team to market and obtain additional integrity clients
  • Submit accurate and timely documentation of production labor, safety, and quality information
  • Assist management with overall corporate strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 years of leadership experience within the scope of successfully completing Integrity Dig projects
  • Related post-secondary is an asset (PEng, PMP, etc)
  • In-depth knowledge of project costing, developing execution plans, and budgets
  • Advanced oral and written communication ability
  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating Integrity Dig projects
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
