Temporary Customer Service Clerk

The Opportunity
Are you passionate for providing top quality customer service for a reputable client in Edmonton? Our downtown client is currently looking to fill several temporary call center customer service representative roles. The ideal candidate must be able to start immediately and must be available to work daytime hours and possibly some evenings.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answer a high volume of telephone calls
  • Accurately respond to telephone inquiries based on a response card
  • Provide top quality customer service
  • Assist with computer related tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related customer service experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent customer service/communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, outgoing, and flexible with a positive attitude
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and works well under pressure
  • Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
