The Opportunity


Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and system integrity of the corporate in-house program.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Maintaining accurate digital records and information for in-house program.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders while providing system guidance and assisting with troubleshooting user issues.
  • Ensuring system integrity/connectivity.
  • Data entry and other related administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have min. 3-5 years administrative/related experience.
  • Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP is an asset but not required.
  • Must be resourceful and enjoy learning new software programs.
  • Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Must have strong communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Experience/familiarity with the construction industry and/or ability to read blueprints is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary is $45,000-$47,000 per year; a comprehensive benefit package will also be provided.
