The Opportunity

Our client is looking to hire a temporary File Clerk for their Burnaby firm. As the File Clerk you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the filing system of the office. The ideal File Clerk will have at least 1 year of office experience and have excellent organization skills.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Add new materials to file records, and create new records as needed.
  • Identify and remove outdated or unnecessary files and destroy them accordingly
  • Find and retrieve files from records as requested by company employees
  • Record all file activity in logbook and computer
  • Organize and maintain the filing system
  • Ad hoc office duties as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Compensation and Benefits

  • $ 12.00- $15.00 per hour
