Are you a Fleet Compliance Coordinator with strong shop operations experience?

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experience Fleet Compliance Coordinator to join their Edmonton team. An ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and operational skills, as well as strong leadership abilities that will allow them to excel in this position.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Organize maintenance of the equipment.
  • Register and set up new equipment.
  • Drive compliancy for ensuring all fleet registration is completed and up to date; as well as maintain valid permits and licensing for equipment.
  • Overall management of the repair, replacement and lifecycle management of equipment.
  • Inspect mobile and stationary equipment, assist with any technical issues, and report any unsafe or defective equipment.
  • Maintain repair and maintenance logs and records.
  • Responsible for purchasing, truck/shop related equipment.
  • Foster and develop the existing database for inventory control and accountability of all equipment and shop supplies.
  • Develop and implement asset management processes and reporting improvements in support of business objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fleet management and shop operations experience is required.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced work environment.
  • Must be willing to travel as required.
