Health & Wellness Sales Director/Manager

Job Description:

As the Sales Director/Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Sales & Marketing team. Our clinic focuses on providing clients with their optimum health and wellness. If you enjoy promoting a brand that represents health and have the ability to drive sales, mentor, and inspire we would like to hear from you.

Through effective leadership and management, the Clinic Manager and Medical Director will ensure that the clients are serviced well, the team members are coached and developed, and key operational and service standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is socially confident while interacting with the public, outgoing, enthusiastic, and as committed as our client is to delivering premium health services and passionate about health!


  • Develops and executes an annual business strategy focused on achieving financial goals, client acquisition and retention goals, and employee retention goals.
  • Identifies business development and marketing opportunities in local market that will help achieve financial/client goals.
  • Coaches, mentors and develops team members to ensure sales focus and targets are met.
  • Executes service principles and standards.
  • Analyzes and rigorously monitors Key Performance Indicators (new client enrollments, clinic profits, expenses, retention, etc.)
  • Identify trends, opportunities, deficiencies.
  • Builds client confidence, is committed to increasing client satisfaction.
  • Assumes responsibility for solving client problems and works with the team to ensure commitments to clients are met.
  • Monitors and analyzes the Health and Wellness market.
  • Increase sales and make marketing suggestions to enhance brand/image.
  • Approach new prospective clients and offer them the opportunity to learn about our services and tour our facility.
  • Maintain a professional, health conscious and presentable image at all times.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of management in a sales/health/fitness environment is preferred.
  • Creates and communicates a long-term vision, balances short and long term goals, keeps own and team’s work aligned with overall goals.
  • Understands the market, industry and the competition, creates and adjusts strategic plans.
  • Resourceful, able to connect with clients and share health experiences as well as have a large social network or ability to establish one (asset).
  • Solid community involvement in health related industries with an in-depth understanding of the value of improving health and wellness.
  • Recognizes where improvements can be made and provides solutions through creativity and out of the box ideas.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends for events and presentations as needed.
  • Experience with Social Media platforms to build & promote business.
  • Socially confident, approachable, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Access to a computer/internet for online reporting/training; experience with CRM systems.
