The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate IT Support professionals looking for the small town SE Saskatchewan lifestyle! If you like a challenge, and are looking to escape the city life, this position is for you. We are looking for a self-starter as the first point of contact for IT related issues with the strength to prioritize, communicate, and effectively resolve issues to internal customers.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Handle tier 1 &2 request via phone, remote support, and travel to field offices
  • Imaging & deployment of new desktop & mobile computer systems
  • Can work independently & in a team
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task
  • Respond with a high sense of urgency & care to users’ calls & emails
  • Communicate effectively & efficiently with end users
  • Take ownership of your best efforts, while maintaining a customer first focus
  • The ability to balance high demands efficiently on given timelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet business & customer needs
  • Experience with Windows 7/10, Office 2007/2010/2013/2016 installation & maintenance
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT Support role
  • Experience working with large businesses
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational & problem solving skills
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
