Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
Leadership skills Provide senior leadership for all aspects of projects from approval through successful delivery. Provide leadership, training, and development for all direct report supervisors and project managers. Deal with performance issues and proactively initiates issues resolution.
Client Management & Business Development Understand needs and interests of clients along with corporate priorities and navigates for the win-win. Negotiates and resolves disputes with our clients regarding our services. Supports business development strategy, approach and initiatives.
P&L/Budget Management Responsible to build a regional budget, working to ensure alignment with the corporate budget. Ensures project leaders are providing timely, concise and strategic communication regarding project projections and status reporting. Oversee administration of the functional areas; such as, projections, invoicing, and time reporting. Initiate effective quality audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Project Management Oversight Monitors multiple projects to ensure performance aligns with project charter objectives. Active in recommending scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments while connecting short-term demands to long-term implications. Effectively oversees project leadership teams to ensure balance in competing project constraints; including, scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk, to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Information Management, or Computer Science Minimum of 10 years’
project management experience, preferably in the software development
consulting sector Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, with strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to critical issues to ensure successful outcomes Strong leadership skills Strong client relationship building skills Strong analytical, forecasting and financial skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to express complex and technical issues with clients, executives, managers, and all levels of personnel. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Experience in managing teams;, training, development, and performance and problem resolution. Excellent communication (10 out of 10) and presentation skills Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is required
Compensation and Benefits Starting salary $110,000.00 + per ann/ plus bonus component
