The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Manager who can lead a customer engineering team to provide 24/7 support for proprietary hardware and software that is used for monitoring critical functions and providing communications between ground and aircraft.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Manage a team to monitor and respond to client needs for technical issues
  • Report on metrics gathered from data to provide relevant reporting to stakeholders
  • Train, motivate and foster a culture of continuous improvement within support team
  • Maintain compliance with AS9100 standards
  • Create and document process improvements
  • Available 24/7 as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Aerospace discipline or Computer Science
  • Understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance.
  • Understanding of aircraft Data Buses
  • Ability to validate aircraft data monitoring
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages
  • Knowledge of avionics software development guidelines an asset
  • Understanding of Flight Manuals, Performance Software, publications an asset

Compensation and Benefits
