The Opportunity


Our client, a real estate brokerage, is looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to join their team. The Marketing Assistant would need to be available 15 to 20 hours a week. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, while in university or for an individual who may have experience in the real estate industry.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Updating a variety of social media platforms
  • Updating main website on a daily basis, such as uploading pictures etc.
  • Administrative work
  • Potentially responsible for short term rental check ins
  • Creating flyers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Real estate experience would be a plus
  • At least one year experience in marketing/social media role or course related experience
  • Must have experience working with Photoshop
  • Competent individual with self starter attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail is a must

Compensation and Benefits

  • $15/hour
