Office Assistant required for a quick project! Data Entry and Intermediate Excel skills required!

The Opportunity

We are looking for a temporary Office Assistant to work on a short data entry, excel spreadsheet project. As the Office Assistant you will be required to enter data into excel and then sort and organize data and provide reports for various departments.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Data Entry
  • Organizing data in Excel
  • Extracting data to create reports


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Data Entry
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Above average data entry skills with excellent accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Vehicle is preferred as this location is not very transit accessible


Compensation and Benefits

  • $13 -$15 per hour
