The Opportunity

Overseeing administrative staff in both local and remote branches, your responsibilities will include:
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Organizing company events or conferences.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Organizing induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • Using a range of software packages.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min. 4-5 years experience in a related role.
  • Post-Secondary education preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Minimal travel required to other branches as required.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary is approximately $65,000-$70,000 per year; based on level of experience.
