The Opportunity

As an Office Manager, you will possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, have experience working in a supervisory capacity and enjoy a fast paced environment. This role requires excellent time management and the ability to balance priorities.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Responsible for the maintenance and production of various reports and data analysis in MS Excel.
  • Supervise two Assistants in the Operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Liaising with clients and troubleshooting/resolving issues where necessary to ensure their service needs are being met.
  • Day-to-day production planning and scheduling.
  • Liaising with various internal/external stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support to management and staff as needed.
  • Other related duties as they relate to day to day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a technical environment an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with internal and external customers.
  • Min. 4-5 years experience in a related role.
