OSIsoft PI Support Administrator needed immediately for 3 month contract based in Edmonton or Calgary


The Opportunity


Our Edmonton based client has a 3 month contract opportunity with possibility of extension for an experience PI Support Administrator to oversee administration of system and related project delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in application support, previous experience administering PI systems and is driven to provide superior customer service.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and monitoring of PI servers, interfaces, related client tools, databases and system security
  • Requirements gathering, project planning and implementation of PI solutions
  • Creating, maintaining and updating documentation internally and for clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completion of related post secondary program
  • 3+ years employment related application/software support experience
  • 3+ years experience OSIsoft PI system administration experience
  • Solid network background and knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
  • Good knowledge of network security
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol
  • SQL database administration experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $50/hour depending upon experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be provided
