The Opportunity


Supporting the Project Managers, responsibilities will include:


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Verify estimates for submission and update as required.
  • Procure material inventory and prepare quotes.
  • Process and update/track inventory requisitions and assist with matching invoices to purchase orders.
  • Prepare and distribute various reports and tracking of job plans and action items.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive project files and documents (AutoCAD is an asset).
  • Maintain petty cash.
  • Prepare account reconciliations.
  • Participate in scheduled inventory counts (quarterly/yearly).
  • Other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Min. 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $45,000 – $55,000 a year.
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be offered.
