Temporary Receptionist for our Downtown Vancouver client, this will be a month long assignment for December.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist for our Downtown Vancouver client for the month of December. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones and booking meeting rooms. The Receptionist must be able to work with little supervision and enjoy a day where priorities will be consistently changing.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Reception
  • Greeting guests
  • Schedule appointments
  • Managing access cards
  • Interoffice mail
  • Couriers
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Kitchen maintenance
  • Updating employee lists
  • Scanning and uploading documents

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Reception position
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • $14 – $16 per hour
