Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- Greeting all incoming clients and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Handling all incoming general inquiries and screening/forwarding incoming calls.
- Coordinating/scheduling various meeting rooms including catering, video conference equipment etc.
- Assist with data entry, posting of disbursements and other administrative duties as required.
- Providing clerical support to marketing, accounting and any other stakeholders as requested.
- Maintaining internal phone lists and employee lists.
- Other related administrative duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Min. 2 years experience in a related role.
- Must have strong organizational skills and strong communications skills.
- Maintains professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range is $40,000 plus; based on level of experience. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
