Temporary Receptionist required for a short term assignment! Beautiful Downtown Vancouver office!

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist for our Downtown Vancouver client’s busy office. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors and scheduling meeting rooms. The Receptionist will also assist with general administrative tasks such as couriers, data entry and filing.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Reception – multiline switchboard
  • Greeting guests
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Couriers, mail
  • Data Entry
  • Filing

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Reception experience in an office environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience using online couriers
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • $14 to 15 per hour
