Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Greeting all incoming clients and guests
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Maintain overall office appearance
  • Ordering supplies
  • Arrange courier pick ups and drop offs
  • Organizing incoming mail
  • Supporting and assisting staff with various duties
  • Responding to general telephone and email inquiries
  • Other miscellaneous office duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • High sense of urgency
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task on a daily basis
  • Ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
