Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Greeting people in a professional, friendly manner
  • Mail and courier control
  • Word processing and data entry into various in house systems
  • Calendar management
  • Organizing travel and special events
  • Ordering office supplies and catering
  • Other general administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative based position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Positive, upbeat and professional attitude is a must!

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate of pay will vary based on the position description, and will be within the range of $16.00 – $22.00
