The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Calgary Branch. This role is an integral part of our Accounting Recruitment team, with a focus on servicing and building our Accounting & Finance division while helping Executrade reach our goal of consistently providing our clients with an opportunity to hire only the best talent available in the Southern Alberta market.
Key Responsibilities and Functions

  • Reach or exceed mutually agreed upon annual revenue and placement goals
  • Inspire your established network to accelerate your success by finding them top talent within the Southern Alberta market
  • Consulting with and making recommendations to clients and candidates regarding Accounting & Finance opportunities
  • Managing the recruitment process from pre-screening through interviewing to hiring and after placement follow-up
  • Evaluating client and candidate requirements
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fulfill their requirements
  • Become an expert in asking for referrals from clients, candidates and any key stakeholders in your sphere of influence

    • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and solutions quickly
    • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
