The Opportunity

Our client, a leading Architectural Firm in Saskatchewan, is seeking a strong Architectural Technologist from either Alberta or Saskatchewan to join their team!
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Compile architectural tender documents while overseeing the junior and intermediate technologists.
  • Coordinating third party consultants, contractors, engineers, and clients.
  • Attend and leave site meetings, perform on site inspection and identify construction deficiencies.
  • Estimate costs for projects.
  • Contract Administration during the construction phase.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma from an accredited architectural technology program.
  • 5+ years experience with a good understanding of building systems.
  • Ability to draw and detail commercial buildings with strong product knowledge.
  • Proficient with Revit, Lumion, In Design, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong communication skills.
