The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Estimator who can really bring their estimates into focus. Joining an established team, the Senior Estimator will act as an effective liaison between multiple stakeholders, provide support to field operations, utilizing concepts of continuous improvement and using their expertise to assist the team in meeting established business goals.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Prepare, coordinate, and lead multi discipline estimates.
  • Provide pricing of indirect costs and work with cost codes, project productivity and project control systems.
  • Oversee files and correspondence on active projects.
  • Complete entries related to E&I estimating entries using estimating software.
  • Assist with design options and create proposal documents.
  • Ability to work with estimators to create E&I scope of work and costs affecting multi-discipline estimates.
  • Provide information to support detailed scheduling.
  • Support the project sites for estimating and estimate clarification.
  • Conduct site visits as required.
  • Promote a strong team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 7+ years of direct estimating experience in the E&I discipline.
  • Strong experience estimating software.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary is dependent on experience.
