This role is integral in furthering the growth of our Mechanical/Technical Sales Recruitment team, with a focus on supporting, servicing and building our Mechanical/Technical Sales Division. This divisional focus will help Executrade reach our goal of consistently providing our clients with an opportunity to hire only the best talent available.Key Responsibilities and Functions Research and candidate identification, with sales skills and/or acumen in a variety of technical engineered disciplines including: pumps, rotating equipment, valves, bearing and power transmission, etc. Reach or exceed mutually agreed upon annual revenue and placement goals. Managing the recruitment process from pre-screening through interviewing to hiring and after placement follow-up. Support the growth of the division. Inspire your established network to accelerate your success by finding them top talent. Consulting with and making recommendations to clients and candidates regarding opportunities. Evaluating client and candidate requirements. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fulfill their requirements. Become an expert in asking for referrals from clients, candidates and any key stakeholders in your sphere of influence.Required Skills and Qualifications Proven recruitment success, or a strong desire and acumen to be successful as a recruiter. Minimum of 2 years in a Mechanical/Industrial technical sales environment; pumps, valves, rotating equipment, bearing, power transmission, automation, instrumentation, etc. Exceptional consultative sales skills; preferably within the recruitment/staffing industry or Mechanical/Industrial technical sales environment. Drive and tenacity to achieve goals and objectives. An over-the-top sense of urgency to get things done. Strong ability to influence. A self manager that is intrinsically driven to exceed goals with an innate entrepreneurial spirit. A sincere commitment in developing client relationships. Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast moving environment. Superior communication and people skills paired strong negotiation skills. Professionalism, including a high level of comfort and effectiveness conducting business with senior management. Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A proactive self-starter who can operate as part of a team and individually. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and solutions quickly. Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
