Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Planning and preparing documents for meetings; taking minutes of meetings and tracking action items
  • Managing  expense claims
  • Preparation of reports and other written materials
  • Overseeing all office management functions
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for office videoconference equipment and boardroom computers
  • Calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Other administrative duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Skilled in calendar management and expense claim preparation
  • Experience in planning and managing projects
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent note taking and minute preparation skills
  • Experience in arranging travel and accommodations
  • Meeting agenda and meeting planning experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team orientated, responsible and ethical

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay will be based on specific job duties required.
