Our client a supplier and integrator of some of the most advanced software provides transportation and law enforcement agencies with the industry’s most technologically advanced tools in an effort to save their clients time and money. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing product support to sales team
  • Seeking out industries, firms or business models that do not yet use the company products
  • Responsible for doing product presentations, demonstrations and training  to clients and the sales team, advising how best to use the product or service
  • Helping customers understand the solutions that the product provides
  • Troubleshooting problems, ensuring  that the solution works successfully for clients needs
  • Collaborating with the design, production, engineering or research and development departments to help determine how products and services can be modified and improved  to suit customer needs
  • Providing administrative support which includes, technical writing, creation of data sheets and reports

Your Profile/Competencies:

  • Previous experience selling software, CRM or ERP software industry an asset
  • Previous experience with programming, basic trouble shooting skills
  • Comfortable with SQL
  • Exceptional communications skills, verbal and written
  • Must be professional, confident and keen
  •  25 – 30% travel required, must have passport

A competitive salary of $55,000 to $70,000 based on level of experience, plus benefits is provided.  This position has an excellent opportunity for career growth.
