Founded in 1974 by Rich Stoppler, Executrade began with a simple vision: to innovate recruitment by fostering long-term, authentic relationships with both clients and candidates. That principle still guides us today.
Over the years, our brand has evolved into Executrade – Your Recruitment Specialists – now proudly part of the ECL Group of Companies, including Richardson Executive Search, Stoppler Hughes – Strategic Managed HR, and Outsource Payroll Solution.
Rich built more than a company—he built a team of real people passionate about matching the right talent with the right organizations. Our bilingual services in English and French allow us to serve a diverse and growing client base across Canada.
