Accounts Payable Administrator

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for contract and permanent Accounts Payable Administrators.

Key Responsibilities and Functions

  • High volume of matching, batching and coding of vendor invoices
  • High volume Data Entry Entering a variety of accounts payable invoices in a prompt and accurate manner into MS Dynamics
  • Process cheques bi-weekly which entails arranging and attaching necessary documentation, delivering internal cheques to colleagues and printing debit notes.
  • File and make copies of accounts payable invoices
  • Reconciles accounts payable at month end Monitor accounts to ensure payments are within terms
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Ad hoc duties as required but only if competent and skilled
  • Required Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years experience processing full cycle Accounts Payable
  • Previous experience using an ERP software in an Accounts Payable role. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion to develop quality applications
  • Team minded mentality, and willingness to pitch in whenever and however you can Interest in proving yourself and earning your successes
  • An appreciation for tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and highly organized Ability to think on feet and adapt to situation
