Reporting directly to the Vice President, the Associate Wealth Advisor will become an instrumental member of a highly established and respected team. The successful candidate will be procedural, personable, dedicated and committed to Clients and their internal Corporate team. Acting as a key member of the group, the successful incumbent will need to bring a wealth of professional and life experience with them. The ideal candidate is Licensed (CSC & CPH), with a minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience focused in client consultation, tax, estate, wills and business planning for Clients.

  • Financial Planning through strategic consultation with clients, from within a collaborative team structure.
  • Wealth management coordination for detailed and accurate planning and projections.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and detailed projections.
  • Ensuring the completion of client communication for wealth management needs is consistent a timely.
  • Continual support and proactive client contact where necessary in collaboration with VP.
  • Tax planning and tax packages roll out and delivery for client understanding with VP.
  • Trading and re-balancing where applicable, when necessary for certain Clients.
  • Conduct thorough and attentive consultations with clients regarding investments.
  • Spearheading marketing initiatives for the team.
  • Active website content management.
  • Skillful and intentional ability to maintain and build upon existing client relationships.

Recommended qualifications:

  • Completed post-secondary education.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Confident and composed mannerism with polished presentation skills and abilities.
  • Minimum 10 years Investment & or Financial Industry Experience.
  • Proven track record of ongoing development and advancement across experience.
  • Financial planning designation & or experience is ideal.
  • Licensed (CSC & CPH) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operations, policies and procedures in a corporate environment.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per annum.
