The Opportunity
Our client is looking for somebody to join their growing team!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Data entry
  • General ledger operations; including, journal entries and adjustments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare intercompany journal entries.
  • Prepare and process month and year-end transactions.
  • Assist with the external year-end audit.
  • Maintain petty cash.
  • Prepare various reports as required.
  • Prepare account reconciliations.
  • Attend the annual year-end audited inventory count.
  • Attend inventory counts throughout the year.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls as directed.
  • Provide backup to the Intermediate Accountant – Purchase Cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relatable experience
  • Degree or diploma in a related field

Compensation and Benefits

  • $50,000 a year
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be offered
