Our well-established client is looking to hire a full time permanent Office Manager for their Edmonton branch. If you have at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record of excellent Accounting and Administrative Management and enjoy thriving in a busy environment, please read on!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Supporting and prioritizing the office needs with aspects of, coordination of meetings, administrative tasks, accounting/bookkeeping, vendor management and customer communication.
  • Manage AR/AP process.
  • General office/administrative duties.
  • Assist with HR onboarding.
  • Manage month end close for branch.
  • Build relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Proactive involvement in streamlining operations and procedures, while prioritizing contact with internal and external stakeholders based on business priorities.
  • Data entry, invoice generation, account reconciliation and monthly reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an Office Manager role with a fast-paced industry.
  • Possess excellent people management skills and highly accommodating sense of communication.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detailed.
  • Confident, professional attitude and behavior.
  • Strong self starter, team player with a positive attitude.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office.
