-62% of companies expect business activity to increase in 2013.

-A talent mismatch will persist with 78 per cent of employers experiencing moderate or extreme challenges recruiting top talent.

-35% of employers expect salaries to increase less than 3%

-37% anticipate salary hikes of three to 6%.

-2% will increase more than 10%

Job hunters who can differentiate themselves in the market by demonstrating past examples of their ability to add value to an organization will be most highly sought after in a job market where the continued trend of retiring baby boomers leaves talent gaps.
