The Opportunity
Our client based out of downtown Calgary is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their team for a contract role! This passionate, self-starter will be responsible their current recruitment needs. The successful candidate for this role will have previous inhouse recruitment experience, great interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt quickly.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Full cycle recruitment.
  • Working closely with management to establish recruitment needs.
  • Researching.
  • Networking.
  • Creation and posting of job ads – including but not limited to web ads, newspaper ads and social media postings.
  • Candidate screening.
  • Setup interviews between management and candidates.
  • Candidate follow ups.
  • Update and maintain candidate tracking systems.
  • Compliance with Federal, Provincial and Local privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years Recruitment experience.
  • Self-starter, who works well independently.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient MS Office skills with a stronger focus on Excel.
  • A positive and friendly attitude!
