The Opportunity

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

 

  • Remote (email and phone) support for small to medium size business
  • Gather support ticket information from ticketing system and follow up with end users to verify issue
  • Tier one support (i.e. run diagnostics, repair hardware and software) and escalate high level tickets to appropriate team members
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue is resolved
  • Provide end user support to inbound email requests from our client.
  • Participate with on-call rotation

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Recent Completion of post- secondary education related to Network Admin or Computer Systems
  • Superior communication skills in both English and French in written and verbal (Over the phone)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and information gathering skills (active listener, ask questions, build rapport with end users through trust, sincerity, patience and follow up)
