Opportunity

Our client in seeking an experience Maintenance Manager to join their team in Edmonton!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Develop and execute the plan to specific strategy for reliability and maintenance
  • Provide leadership to the maintenance division; including contractors
  • Establish a reliability culture designed to meet plant asset utilization targets
  • Develop and manage departmental operational budgets
  • Implement predictive and preventative maintenance program
  • Develop root cause and corrective action plans
  • Create integrity management system implement a training program for the maintenance team
  • Implement metrics to effectively evaluate equipment performance

Required Skills and Qualification

  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing plant maintenance experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Mechanical Engineering degree strongly preferred
  • Direct experience in developing and managing a plant maintenance program
  • Project management experience and successful completion of projects
  • Background in maintenance inspection and maintenance strategies required
