Our client is looking for the perfect candidate to cover a 1-year maternity leave position as an Accounting Administrator.

The Opportunity

This candidate must be willing to take initiative and be self driven. Basic accounting knowledge and must be able to take on different office tasks. Very important to have strong communication skills as you will be in direct contact with customers and suppliers as well as the team. Transit is not accessible to their location, so you must drive. Even though it is a contract position after 30 days you will be eligible to receive benefits. A great company with a fantastic team!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Assisting in accounting.
  • Track expenses.
  • Contact with suppliers and customers.
  • Uploading safety documents.
  • Create and submit invoices.
  • Various banking tasks.
  • Other administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in similar role
