The Opportunity

Our Southside client is currently looking for an Accounting/Administration Clerk to join their team. This position is a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities and Functions

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Ordering supplies and other office needs.
  • Supporting various special projects.
  • Additional general office administration duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience working within an accounting or blended accounting/administration role.
  • Post secondary education (certificate or diploma) would be considered a great asset.
  • Strong intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position will be based on experience and education.
