Accounts Receivable Administrator
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for contract and permanent Accounts Receivable Administrators.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions Providing accurate and timely payment application, account adjustments and monthly statement of account Accountable to all parties involved in the month end processing, ensuring all adjustments, payment application, etc. is done before the system deadline for running month end back-ups. Accountable to all customers for ensuring all matters discussed are dealt with the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy. Assume ownership and responsibility for maintaining Accounts Receivable procedures. Respond to Member/Customer inquiries as well as those from internal customers with courtesy and diplomacy. Manage customer accounts to ensure they are monitored, reconciled and corrected when necessary in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications Community College Business Diploma or 5 â 7 years Customer Service / Accounts Receivable experience. Strong PC skills with 2nd level certificate in Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. The highest level of confidentiality must be maintained when dealing with sensitive payment/ Account balance issues and membership information.
Compensation and Benefits Varies depending on experience
