The Opportunity


Currently looking for individuals with Accounts Receivable experience for contract and permanent opportunities.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Accounts Receivables.
  • Responsible for accurately and efficiently posting membership dues and understanding the guidelines and rules around receiving these dues.
  • Prepare and post invoices for day work, third party, inter-company and miscellaneous accounts.
  • Create and submit credit memos when required.
  • Identify and take corrective action on all rejected or missing invoices to ensure prompt payment.
  • Manage internal and external customer inquiries and takes appropriate action.
  • Assist with month end tasks such as accruals and ensures that all billing related entries balance within the GL accounts.
  • Occasional follow up with customers for outstanding amounts owing.
  • Other projects and tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Accounting Diploma or Equivalent knowledge.
  • 2 years experience in accounting or within industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong customer service and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • This position requires someone who can be compassionate yet direct.
  • The ability to work both as a team member and independently, handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced and dynamic environment is critical.
