The Opportunity

Reporting to the Deputy Registrar, you will have an all encompassing role supporting the team:

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Supporting the registration team, you will assist with incoming inquires while providing information and guidance regarding registration and licensing requirements, etc.
  • Process registration applications ensuring accuracy and completion of paperwork.
  • Update and manage new and existing registrant information.
  • Administer annual renewals and audits of registrants.
  • Key support for other departments to perform tasks including tracking of registrant applications, performing initial administrative review, distributing applications to assessors and following up for return, preparing correspondence and coordinating assessor meetings.
  • Create, capture, retain and archive documents (electronic and hard copy) as per records management policy.
  • Enter and update the records management database.
  • Provide back up reception coverage including handling telephone inquiries, mail and couriers, meeting coordination.
  • Other administrative duties as they related to day to day office activities.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office-Word and Excel.
  • Completion of a college diploma in office or Business Administration.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Min. 2-5 years experience in a related role.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and communication skills.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range is approximately $55,000-$60,000 plus per year; based on level of experience.
