The Opportunity


Do you have the passion to provide strong Administrative Support to a Director and Managers within an Employee Relations Unit? If so, please read onward.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Support management team and business operations projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule several meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agenda’s and packages.
  • Responsible for making travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Draft and type letters and documents.
  • Proofread and edit correspondence ensuring accurate formatting, spelling and grammar.
  • Prepare and process expense claims.
  • Maintains office equipment including arranging for repairs and servicing.
  • Create and manage paper and electronic files.
  • Cover off and assist other Administrative staff as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Proficient MS Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently within demanding deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefit

  • Rate: $23.00/hour.
