The Opportunity

One of Western Canada’s premier suppliers of electronic communication technologies is looking for an Account Manager for the Calgary market.

This company has a significant growth plan and the vision to get there. As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with existing and new clients.

You must have the contacts and skills to support and speak with the influencers and decision makers in corporate Calgary. Previous experience in corporate sales would be a definite asset.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Develop and maintain ongoing business relationships in the Calgary market.
  • Network, prospecting and lead management activities within a select number of corporate industry segments.
  • Manage and deliver sales quotations and proposals.
  • Engage the business community through active participation in social and business networking events.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction of customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in selling Audio-Visual solutions to corporate clients.
  • Post-Secondary in business commerce or related is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Sound knowledge of technology and an understanding of Microsoft software would be an asset.
  • Familiar with the decision makers of corporate Calgary.
