Bilingual IT support – French and English

They are looking to attract enthusiastic, responsible and organized Bilingual IT support specialist to join their Calgary office.
Responsibilities include providing level 1 support to end user community for the firm’s standard applications and hardware. The role is combination of telephone, email, desk side, and remote support. The candidate will work alongside fellow help desk staff members nationally and escalate issues to other IT departments as required.
